According to the general arrangement of theme education of "Never forget your first heart and remember your mission", the General Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment recently held a conference on theme education inspection. Tian Weiyong, secretary and director of the Party Branch of the General Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, presided over the meeting and analyzed and inspected the problems on behalf of the leading group of the General Office. Comrade Wang Wei, the third guidance group of the Ministry's thematic education, gave on-site guidance.

     Firstly, Tian Weiyong pointed out that inspection is the core content of thematic education. The effectiveness of thematic education is determined by inheriting learning education, investigating and researching, and following rectification and implementation. There are two important working methods, namely, the method of looking in the mirror and the spirit of nailing. The theme of "never forget the beginning and remember the mission" education is to follow the train of thought of "comparison-search-rectification-implementation", "looking in the mirror" to find problems, and "nail" to solve problems.

     In view of the "six aspects of the gap", the office leadership uses political magnifiers, thought microscopes, style telescopes, clean government sights, capability periscopes, acting as reflectors and other "six mirrors" to examine and analyze. Fifteen types of problems, 35 manifestations and 83 specific situations were identified, which can be summarized as "fifteen inadequacies and fifteen inadequacies".             First, in terms of strengthening the "four consciousness", strengthening the "four self-confidence" and achieving "two safeguards", we have not learned enough and practiced enough to keep pace with the times; we have not taken enough political positions to achieve a clear banner. Second, in the aspect of "not forgetting the original mind and bearing in mind the mission", we have not faced the problems adequately, and have not effectively achieved the goal of introverting the knife to the inside; we have not inherited enough Party history, and we have not effectively achieved the goal of educating people through the administration. Thirdly, in terms of mass viewpoints, positions, feelings and services, the mass line is insufficient, and the government is not in power for the people; the service for the masses is insufficient, and the quality and efficiency are not effectively achieved; the refinement of the articles is insufficient, and the quality and efficiency are not effectively improved. Fourthly, in terms of knowledge and awe, fear and bottom line, external supervision is insufficient and strict supervision is not practically achieved; internal supervision is insufficient and strict norms are not practically achieved. Fifth, in terms of ideological awareness, competence, quality, responsibility, moral accomplishment and image of work style, we do not have enough motivation to work hard enough; we do not strive hard enough to be brave enough; we do not have enough collective concepts, and we do not really achieve unity and cooperation. Sixth, in carrying out the responsibility of the main body of Party building, we are not strict enough in all respects, and we have not really achieved the goal of touching the real and touching the hard; the unity of knowledge and practice is not enough, and we have not really got into our minds; the leadership is not enough, and we have not really achieved the vanguard model.

           Subsequently, Tian Weiyong and other members of the leading group carried out individual inspection and analysis one by one, and made self-examination and report one by one according to the "eighteen Whether" to formulate corrective measures in different categories, clarify the main body of responsibility and the time limit for completion, so as to ensure that the theme education achieves tangible results.
