Man has only one earth. The ecological environment is the foundation of human existence and development. Only by conforming to the nature and protecting the ecological environment can we have a future. "We should protect the ecological environment as we protect our eyes, treat the ecological environment as we treat life, build the foundation of ecological civilization, and take the road of green development!"

    In the first half of this year, President Xi Jinping, in a series of international occasions and diplomatic actions, vigorously advocated the ecological civilization concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and promoted the world to seek green life, build beautiful homes and achieve sustainable development. China has become an important participant, contributor and leader in the construction of global ecological civilization. John Cobb Jr., one of the earliest scholars who put forward the concept of "green GDP" and academician of the National Academy of Humanities, believes that "China has brought hope to the construction of global ecological civilization".

      Co building "one belt and one road" is an open development road and a green development road. Green has become one of the important ideas of building a "one belt and one road" with high quality. On the second "one belt and one way" International Cooperation Summit Forum, President Xi Jinping stressed that we should take green as the background, promote green infrastructure construction, green investment and green finance, and protect our common home for survival. We will jointly build the "one belt and one road" sustainable urban alliance and the green development international alliance, and formulate the "one belt and one road" green investment principle. We will start building the "one belt and one way" eco-friendly big data service platform, and implement the "one way and one way" response to the South South cooperation plan for tackling climate change. A pragmatic action and plan to confirm the co construction of the green "one belt and one road" is the action team, not the talk hall. Kenya's Monet Railway allows giraffes to "walk with their heads up". Egypt's Sinai Peninsula mountainous areas explore China's water-saving terrace planting mode. Brazil has built a "UHV + clean energy" beautiful mountain hydropower station. China's green technology and green program will benefit the people of the countries and regions along the way.

      At the foot of the Great Wall and along the Gongshui River, "Green Covenant" is brilliant. At the opening ceremony of the World Horticultural Exposition in Beijing, China in 2019, President Xi Jinping made an important speech, emphasizing that we should pursue harmony between man and nature, pursue green development and prosperity, pursue love for nature, pursue the spirit of scientific governance, and pursue joint efforts. The "Five Points Proposition" is clear and vivid, which points out the way for all countries to join hands in building a clean and beautiful world.  "The world is full of desire for green cities and green life, while China has shown the world how to make decisions and how to implement them." Ostrom, president of the International Association of Horticultural Producers, highly affirmed China's top-down green role in promoting the construction of global ecological civilization. With green as the bridge, 110 countries and international organizations and more than 120 non official exhibitors are gathered together. World Horticultural Exposition and Beijing connect the deep dialogue between East and West Ecological Civilization: British designers inspired by ancient Silk Road to create an ecological journey across Europe and Asia, meaning "China is drawing closer to the world". Chinese distance; Danish designers draw inspiration from Chinese ink painting and redefine new gardens; American designers bring "East and West gardens" to explore "harmony but difference" between eastern and Western Ecological cultures...

In the global village, the interests of all countries blend, security and common.  President Xi Jinping proposed building a world of lasting peace, universal security, common prosperity, openness, tolerance, cleanliness and beauty. Building a clean and beautiful world has become an important part of building a community of human destiny. During a trip to Europe in March, President Xi Jinping and French President Mark Long discussed many similarities and similarities between the idea of "the same planet" and the idea of "the community of human destiny". Mark Long spoke highly of China's important leading role in multilateral agendas such as climate change and peacekeeping. At the Sino-French Global Governance Forum, President Xi Jinping called for "contributing wisdom and strength to building a better planet home". At the 23rd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, President Xi Jinping systematically elaborated on the proposals of strengthening international development cooperation around the three major tasks of economic growth, social development and environmental protection put forward by the United Nations on the agenda of sustainable development in 2030, emphasizing "adhering to green development and striving to build a harmonious coexistence between man and nature" Beautiful Home. During the Osaka Summit of the leaders of the Group of Twenty, China, France and the United Nations held another tripartite meeting on climate change, reiterating their firm commitment to strengthen international cooperation on climate change and promote the full and effective implementation of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. U. N. Secretary-General Guterres appreciated China's efforts for a "natural-based solution".

         China's commitment and action to implement green development have won wide acclaim from the international community. Italian President Matarella believes that China plays a decisive role in addressing the challenges of climate change, and Italy is willing to make its own contribution. Prince Albert II of Monaco highly appreciated China's important role in international affairs such as climate change.  The Secretary-General of the International Exhibition Bureau, Rosettes, believes that China has made tremendous efforts to improve the environment and protect nature, which is a model for the world. Bei Yiming, president of Korea Earth Governance Research Institute, believes that China's historical significance of promoting green development "will be no less than the industrial revolution".

          The mountains and forests are dyed, the plains are blue and green, and the city and countryside are full of birds and flowers. President Xi Jinping described "green life" and "beautiful home" for us. Looking back on history, the prosperity of ecology is the prosperity of civilization.
