  In order to promote the company's scientific and technological innovation, scientific and technological achievements to quickly develop a competitive development strategy, at the same time to adapt to the latest requirements of the development of environmental protection market science and technology, play the company's many scientific and technological personnel, strong technical advantages. After discussion at the company's office meeting, it was unanimously decided to set up a company's R&D center from now on. The specific decisions are as follows：

一、From now on, the company formally established a science and technology R&D center. The R&D Center consists of five departments: Soil Remediation Development Research Department, Wastewater Treatment Development Research Department, Industrial Waste Gas Detection and Control Research Department, Solid Waste Disposal and Recycling Research Department, Environmental Protection and Energy Saving Product Development Department, and Intellectual Property Department.

二、The chief person in charge of the science and technology research and development center (director): Zhao Du, the deputy chief engineer of the company, serves as the director.

三、Technical R&D Center Outline：

1、Responsible for research, demonstration, development and design of new products and new technologies of the company；

2、Organize and implement R&D plans; formulate R&D specifications, implement and optimize R&D management system；

3、Establish a company's technology platform and evaluate investment in R&D platform；

4、Formulate team building, job definition and job requirements for R&D；

5、Staff assessment and resource scheduling；

6、Evaluate the technical feasibility of product development；

7、Formulate new product development budget and R&D plan and organize implementation；

8、Monitor the execution of each R&D project；

9、Organize the identification and review of R&D results；

10、Summarize the reusable results of each project and form a repository of internal new technologies and knowledge；

11、Analyze and summarize the experience and lessons of the R&D process and improve the quality of research and development；

12、Do a good job in the company's standards and patent intellectual property declaration plans, implement relevant standards and apply for patents, represent companies in standard associations or standards organizations；

13、Pre-study of the company's future business development, such as product pre-research and technology pre-research；

14、Planning organization's existing product improvements；

15、Research to master the latest scientific and technological achievements at home and abroad and formulate and perfect the company's technical database；

16、Formulate and implement a training plan for R&D personnel；

17、According to working procedures, do a good job of horizontal communication with related departments such as technical service center, engineering operation center, and financial department, and timely provide relevant technical data and application for the transfer of scientific research funds.
